MANDALAO
The Soul of Giants

During my visit to Mandalao, an elephant conservation center in Laos, I had the opportunity to produce a photo report and capture the essence of these giants. At first sight, their imposing size and rough skin give them a raw, rugged appearance. But behind this appearance lies a sensitive soul, perceptible in their looks, their gestures, and their behavior. This report highlights this deep connection while supporting the essential work of the association, which works to preserve elephants, both captive and wild, through responsible tourism and sustainable partnerships with the local community.
