Botlling Ayze Wine

At a family wine estate in the Haute-Savoie region of France, my father carries on a tradition that has been handed down for generations: the production of Ayze, a rare, local sparkling white wine. This series captures a key moment in the process: bottling. Between tradition and precise gestures, we fill, cap, and prepare the bottles for their final transformation. My aim is to make visible what, in the shadow of large-scale production, remains a living, rooted craft. Through these images, I share a family memory, the transmission of knowledge, and the simple beauty of gestures repeated with passion.
